Module: Criminal Code - general part; Session seven: Violence and intimidation

On September 1, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", held by the trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This session is acquainting the newly appointed judges with the following: the concept of violence and types of violence, intimidation, less aggravated offenses and orders from the command.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
