Module: Criminal Code - special part; Session thirteen: Criminal offenses under Chapter XXVI of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo

On September 22, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", delivered by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: abuse of trust, usury, buying, accepting or concealing items obtained by committing a criminal offense, identity theft and obtaining access, and match-fixing.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
