Module: Covert measures of investigation and surveillance; Third session: Procedure related to covert measures of investigation and surveillance

September 21 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the training from the sub-module on “Covert Measures of Investigation and surveillance” held by the trainer Mr. Bahri Hyseni Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor.

This training session is covering the following: procedure related to covert technical measures of surveillance and investigation, extension of the order for covert measures of investigation and surveillance, after implementation of the order for covert measures.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
