Mediation in Civil Aspects

On February 28, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program and in cooperation with the USAID Program - Commercial Justice, implementing DEXIS, is conducting a training on: "Mediation in Civil Aspects", for judges and mediators in the region. Pristina and Mitrovica.

Trainers engaged are: Judge from the Court of Appeal Mr. Faton Ademi and Mr. Yll Zekaj, Mediator.

This training aims to advance the knowledge of participants in identifying and handling problems related to mediation both by judges and mediators.

The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are: Judges from the Basic Court, Professional associates and mediators from Pristina and Mitrovica region.
