Sub-module: Provisions, principles, competencies and exclusion of the judge in the criminal procedure; First session: Principles in the criminal procedure

On September 6, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Provisions, principles, competencies and exclusion of the judge in the criminal procedure", held by the trainer Mr. Hashim Qollaku, judge at the Appeals Court.

This training session addressed the following: the principles and powers of the judge in the criminal procedure and methods and conditions of control.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
