Sub-module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Second session: Basic principles of professional ethics

On September 11, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training from the module on "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" held by the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

The second training session is addressing the following: General principles, impartiality and independence.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based discussions.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
