Sub-module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session six: Disciplinary procedure for prosecutors

On September 25, 2023, Academy of Justice within the scope of its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" held by the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

This session is covering the following: Who can file a disciplinary complaint against a prosecutor, Actions taken by the Competent Authority, Content of the Complaint, Actions of the Council after receiving the request for initiation of investigations, Establishment of the Investigative Panel, Development of the hearing session, The decision of the council.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
