Sub-module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session four: Accountability and transparency

On September 18, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, the fourth session of the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" that is being carried out, with the support of the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

The scope of this session focused on the following: accountability and transparency, the information that must be handled by the prosecutor and caution during and relevant information for the parties in the procedure.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors, 2023/2024.
