Sub-module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session five: Disciplinary procedure for prosecutors

On September 19, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting a training under the module on “Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility”, held by the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

This session is addressing the following: disciplinary procedures against prosecutors, implementation of Law no. 06/l - 057 on the disciplinary responsibility of judges and prosecutors, and cases where prosecutors are subject to disciplinary responsibility for disciplinary violations.

The training methodology is interactive and case-based.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors, 2023/2024.
