Sub-module: Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility; Session seven: Disciplinary measures

On September 26, 2023, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary responsibility" held by the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.

This session is addressing the following: disciplinary measures, voluntary agreement for the alleged disciplinary violation, appeals against disciplinary decisions and the publication of the decision.

The training methodology is interactive discussions and case-based method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors of the 2023/2024 generation.
