Sub-module: Professional Ethics; First session: Code of Professional Ethics for Prosecutors

On September 5, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation conducted the theoretical training under the "Professional Ethics" module that is delivered by the trainer Mr. Jetish Maloku Chairman of the Prosecutorial Council.

The first session covered the following: The basic principles of the United Nations on the Independence of the Judiciary, approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations; the guidelines for the role of prosecutors adapted by the Eighth Congress of the United Nations for crime prevention and treatment of defendants; and the Universal Declaration of human rights.
