Sub-module: Initiation of formal investigation and criminal procedure; First session: Preliminary procedure and initiation of investigations

On September 25, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Initiation of formal investigation and criminal procedure", conducted by the trainer Mr. Naim Abazi, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: investigation procedures and preliminary procedures and commencement of investigations.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
