Sub-module: Criminal Code-general part; Session eleven: Criminal sanctions-sentences

On September 7, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", delivered by the trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Appeals Court of Appeal - Special Department.

This training sessions is covering the following: the meaning of the concept of criminal sanctions - general reviews, sanctions and the types, alternative punishments - the concept, importance and types of alternative sanctions and the purpose of conditional punishment which is covered by a practical case/ exercise.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
