Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Third session - Criminal offenses against rights in employment relationships and criminal offenses against sexual integrity

On September 15, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Valon Kurtaj, judge at the Basic Court in Pristina-Special Department.

This session is addressing the following: criminal offenses against the rights in employment relationships, and criminal offenses from chapter XX against the sexual integrity.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
