Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Fourth session - Offenses against marriage and the family, offenses against public health and narcotics offenses

On September 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Valon Kurtaj, judge at the Basic Court in Pristina-Special Department.

This session is covering the following: criminal offenses against marriage and family, criminal offenses against public health and criminal offenses involving narcotics.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
