Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Session nine: Corruption

On September 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module on "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

This session is addressing the following: dismissal and abuse of official position or authority, conflict of interest, taking bribes, giving bribes, exercising influence, issuing illegal court decisions, not reporting or false reporting of assets, income, gifts, other material benefits or financial obligations.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
