Module: Penal Code-special part, ninth session: Pollution, degradation or destruction of the environment

On September 08, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", held by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is addressing the following: the illegal construction or management of factories and installations that pollute the environment, the assessment of the impact of projects on the environment, the provision of veterinary assistance in an unconscionable manner, the illegal exercise of veterinary services and mistreatment of animals and contamination of animal food and water.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges of 2023/2024.
