Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Second session - Criminal offenses against human rights and liberties

On September 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part" with trainer Mr. Valon Kurtaj, judge at the Basic Court in Pristina-Special Department.

This session is addressing the following: coercion, illegal deprivation of liberty, obtaining statements by coercion, mistreatment during the exercise of official duties or public authorizations, violation of the inviolability of homes and buildings and violation of the orders for covert measures.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
