The Sub-module: Criminal Code - special part; Seventh session - Criminal offenses within the chapter XXVI - Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo

On August 29, 2023, the Academy Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module on the Criminal Code - special part, which is held by the trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

This session is covering the following: Destruction or damage to property, arson, Fraud, subsidy fraud, misuse of insurance, blackmail and coercion.

The training methodology is interactive followed with practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
