Sub-module: Cybercrime; Session four: Electronic EvidenceProvat Elektronike

On September 5, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Cybercrime" module, held by the trainer Mr. Skender Çoçaj, Judge at the Appeals Court.

This session is elaborating on the following: resources covering any electronic device, evidence at the scene, data integrity, checklist, support from experts in the field, officer training, types of seizure, seizure by confiscation of the device, data retention, Internet evidence seizure and evidence collection, and the Budapest Convention on Cybercrime.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
