Sub-module: Covert measures of investigation and surveillance; First session: Technical covert measures of investigation and surveillance in criminal proceedings

On September 19, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", held by the trainer Mr. Avni Mehmeti, judge of basic court in Mitrovica.

This session is elaborating on the following: the basic principles and international acts related to the privacy of the individual's life, the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) and International Covenants Civil and Political Rights.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
