Sub-module: Security measures for the defendant's presence in criminal proceedings; Second session: Prohibition of the defendant to approach certain places and certain persons, obligation of the defendant to appear at the nearest police station and bail

On September 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Safety measures for the presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure", in support of the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the prohibition of the defendant to approach certain places and certain persons and the obligation of the defendant to appear at the nearest police station.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
