Sub-module: Measures for ensuring presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure, first session: the summon, arrest warrant and plea of the defendant not to leave the place of residence

On September 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Safety measures for the presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure", held by the trainer Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal.

In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the summons and the defendant's promise that he would not leave his place of residence.

The training methodology is interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 21 newly appointed prosecutors 2023/2024.
