Sub-module: Liability of legal entities; Second session - Basics and limit of liability of legal entities

On September 26, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Liability of legal persons", delivered by the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court - Special Department.

Today’s session is elaborating on the following: Penalties and sanctions that can be imposed on legal entities according to the law, procedures for legal entities according to the law, territorial competence and measures that can be imposed to legal entities.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
