Sub-module: Pre-trial procedure; Second session: Pre-trial judge

On September 18, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Pre-trial procedure" module, conducted by the trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci, Judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.

This session is conducting the following: the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the initial actions of the police, the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to covert investigative measures and the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the arrest warrant.

The training methodology is interactive discussions method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
