Sub-module: Preliminary procedure; First session: Criminal procedure

On September 15, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Preliminary Procedure" module, held by the trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci, Judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.

This session is covering the following aspects: the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the initial actions of the police, the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to covert investigation measures, and the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the arrest warrant.

The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
