Sub-module – Costs of proceedings and legal property claims, first session: Costs of criminal proceedings

On September 28, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, the theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Costs of the procedure and legal property requirements" with Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Appeals Court.

During the implementation of this session, the following are being addressed: the decision on the costs of the procedure, the payment of costs according to the fault of the person who caused them, the effect of other decisions related to the compensation of costs and the necessary costs of the defender or the authorized representative.

The training methodology is application of practical cases and interactive discussions method.

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges including one member from the Bosnian community and one from the Turkish community.
