Novelties of the Criminal Procedure Code

On September 08-09, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with US-DOJ/OPDAT, within the Continuous Training Program, conducted the training on "Novelties to the Criminal Procedure Code".

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Admir Shala, Chief prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren, Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica, and Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.

Purpose of this training is for the participants to be acquainted with the essential novelties of the Criminal Procedure Code, which require making of necessary and effective changes.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions presenting practical cases.

Benficiaries of this training are: Judges, Prosecutors and professional associates from the region of Mitrovica.
