Training on interpretation and implementation of Article 430 of the Criminal Law and the Law on Declaration of Property, as well as differentiation between the false reporting and document falsification

On September 12, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on “Interpretation and implementation of Article 430 of the Criminal Code and the Law on Declaration of Property, and differentiation of false reporting and falsification of documents”.

Trainers engaged in this training are Bahri Hyseni Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, and Agron Behrami – External expert.

Purpose of this training is that the participants extend their knowledge on the process of property statement according to the applicable legislation, in which cases non-reporting or false reporting is basis for suspicion on the criminal offence.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical explanations and interactive discussions through practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors.
