Implementation and specifics of international instruments, directives and EU Regulations on commercial and customs matters

On September 26 2023, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a training in the commercial law area on Implementation and specifics of international instruments, directives and EU Regulations on commercial and customs matters.

The training is designed to increase the capacities of judges and the support staff on addressing the cases with foreign elements, which potentially require implementation of the international and EU instruments.

The training further elaborated on the Convention on International Sales of Goods as one of the main and international elements in the commercial justice area. The training in the end will cover commercial matters, as well as customs and fiscal matters within the EU, with emphasis on those that impact third countries.

During this training participants were presented practical cases prepared by the trainer Ms. Donikë Qerimi.

Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the Commercial Court and Basic Courts.
